Our website presents collections and capabilities for information and enquiry. A quotation is subject to product availability, specifications, minimum quantities, taxes, shipping and written confirmation by Aero Cotton.

Before production begins, custom programmes and made-to-order goods require written approval of the specification, artwork, colour, quantity and delivery schedule. A deposit or advance payment may apply as stated in the quotation.

Delivery timing depends on the product, quantity, destination, production schedule and carrier. The confirmed quotation or order acknowledgement is the source of truth for your shipment timeline.

International buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and for any import duties, customs charges, local taxes or clearance requirements imposed by the destination country, unless the written quotation says otherwise.

If goods arrive damaged, incorrect or materially different from the agreed specification, contact us promptly with the order reference, photographs, delivery packaging and a description of the issue. We will investigate and propose an appropriate remedy under the order terms and applicable law.

Natural cotton is a living material. Small variations in shade, slub, texture and hand may occur between batches and are not automatically defects. Approved samples and written specifications govern commercial orders.
