Established in 2010, Aerocotton is a family-run manufacturer and exporter of premium home textile products based in Karur, Tamil Nadu, India.
Our story
Started for the craft. Kept for the people.
The mill began with a small set of looms and a conviction that cotton, woven honestly, sells itself. The first years were spent supplying Indian homes; by 2015 the same cloth was crossing oceans — and holding its own in markets that test every seam.
Growth was deliberately slow. Capacity was added only when quality could be held; clients were added only when delivery promises could be kept without excuses. Fifteen years on, the business is measured less by its machinery count than by how many buyers return each season.

2010
The first loom
Aerocotton is established in Karur by a family of weavers, beginning with a simple conviction: cotton, done properly, speaks for itself.
2015
Crossing waters
The first international order ships. Quality built for Indian homes proves itself in markets with far less patience for shortcuts.

We specify what the cloth is and let it perform. No embellishment of fibre, count, or origin — the product must survive its label being checked.

The facility
Where the cloth is born.
Our Karur facility pairs loom floors with in-house checking, mending and packing. Buyers are welcome to visit — seeing the cloth made has closed more orders than any brochure.
